2. What version of Sailor Moon is this game based off of?
The manga version. Though a few anime elements can and will be thrown in time to time depending on the roleplayers most manga.
To see what differences we are using between the two (anime/manga) of Sailor moon please see here. This will help most people who are not familiar with the manga.
3. What is the basic idea of the game?
The basic idea is to have a multiverse story with Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon and many more forms of media to create a story of it's very own.
4. What time period does this game take place in?
You have to check the story at the time you want to start. At first we are starting years after Sailor Moon Stars in what is called the Gold Millennium (Sailor Moon to Sailor Moon Stars up to when Crystal Tokyo is born). Eventually we will go back to the past, then the future and from there...
The rp board with the most post and threads is the time and era we are playing with. After a season is over, everything is moved out into another board "The Legend" to keep from getting confused.
5. My character is from another planet but I want them to have an alien like appearance. Is this allowed?
Yes and no. They can have another appearance but they MUST have a disguise to get along on Earth since most earthlings are afraid of aliens, don't realize they exist, or would cause mass chaos if they are around.
However, This is only applies for the Gold Millennium.
6. Can my character be part of the main villain team?
Yes as long as Private Message the admin and ask. Most villains are on their own agenda unless an organization is planned. Good ideas are always welcomed.
7. I am applying for one of the Shitennou’s however what is going on with them? What should I put for his history?
They were the guardians of Earth's Prince Endymion. Beryl corupted by Metallia convinced them to revolt against the Moon Kingdom's so-called oppression. After their deaths in the Silver Millennium, they were reincarnated on Earth to look for Endymion. However, Beryl again called them to her side, and they promised to serve her forever. They have no memories of their past lives and work only to obtain the ginzuishou, gain power for Metallia, and eliminate the Sailor Senshi. After their deaths again, their bodies melt into the four stones that they represent. Beryl gives evil Endymion the stones. The stones, which possess the souls of the Shitennou. These stones are kept after Endymion comes back to life.
After Sailor Moon Super S, the stones disappeared and for the third time the Shitennou have been reborn. Since then they normal lives of their own not involved with the solar senshi at all. Kunzite however is awake spiritually and physically and has been aiding Mamoru for awhile but he doesn't even know the Shitennou have been reborn. The others will aid him spiritually but they are not awake physically on earth as Kunzite. They might wake up if people choose to play them.
8. I have a character that is a Sailor Animamate, can I play them here?
No. The Animamates are people who were promised power by Sailor Galaxia, including the ability to become true Sailor Senshi after the mission of Shadow Galactica was completed. This included each of them murdering the Sailor Senshi of her own planet. They are not real sailor senshi.
However, Otaku senshi can be made of the ones that were murdered (this is Sailor Chu-killed by Sailor Iron Mouse, Coronis-killed by Sailor Lead Crow, Sailor Mermaid-killed by Sailor Aluminum Seiren, and Sailor Mau-killed by Sailor Tin Nyanko.) are welcomed.
Although Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon, Sailor Lethe, Sailor Mnemosyne, Chi, and Phi who were actual real Sailor Senshi you CAN apply for. You can also play the animates reborn but they will not have Sailor Crystals unless something happened at the cauldron which will have to be explained in the profile history.
10. Can my original character be a prince or princess of a planet? What about knights?
Most senshi are princess of their respectable planets but be aware that they can be other things such as Priestess or even a normal citizen that is worshiped by the planet as the Savior.
Knights are respectable guards, royal guards, or famous warriors of the past of any planet you choose. This is limited for Solar Planets. You must ask if you want them to be a prince, because there is a limit (very very few). We ask that you are creative. Too many and we will make changes to the rules.
11. What gender should the Amazon Trio and the Sailor Starlights be?
We are going by the manga so this means the Amazon Trio must be male. The Sailor Starlight’s must be female.
12. Why isn’t Princess Kakyuu, the Starlights, or ChibiChibi on the list? Why isn't a lot of canon people on the list?
This is because they are not wanted in the story at the moment. If people apply to them and are active then they will be added. But like the starlights, they don't really have a reason to return at the moment. ChibiChibi has returned to the Future and will be played as Sailor Cosmos since they are one of the same. This doesn't mean you can't apply for them. It just means, we don't want to sub characters we don't need.
13. Are we randomly roleplaying all time-frames, or only the one right now?
Depends on the story at hand. Check the story plot to see what is up.
15. If someone plays the canon-counterpart in one time-frame, does he or she play it in all of the others?
Yes unless you don't want to or end up leaving after a season then another player will take charge. This does not include the Diamond Millennium due to the storyline.
You only need to make the profile of the first canon you are playing. As we go on, other profiles will be made for the other Millenniums. The bugs and best way to do this is still being tested please let us know of any ideas you have.
16. If you can play other characters from other series, are they limited to just Bleach or Holic/Tsubasa/CLAMP, or can they be from whatever you like?
No. They can be from what ever you like but must be reasonable. Remember that they are NOT canon unless it is able to fit in the Sailor Moon world and approved by the admin. This lets you be even more creative with characters.
17. Otaku Senshi? Who are they? Can they be played in any time-frame?
Yes and No. Otaku senshi are fan-made Sailor Senshi. It's either art, or art with a bio. Just make sure to fill out the Sailor Senshi Form Here and place it Here to be approved. All sailor senshi are female. This doesn't mean they don't have a Sailor Crystal, but it does mean only females can be Sailor Senshi. The starlights in the anime were the only exception but it was only a disguise in the first place, so they were still female.
18. In the Diamond Millennium, you have "Cosmos" Senshi. Are they their original canon counterparts (Ex: Saturn would be Tomoe Hotaru), or are they descendants or something similar?
No. These senshi are the highest level of Sailor Senshi EVER! Like Sailor Cosmos in general. These are Otaku senshi created by me for people to play when the time comes. I will create the uniforms and others are welcome to make attacks and other specifics. This is much later in the game. These senshi look similar to the canon's but they are NOT them. They are reincarnations of the canons with memories in take, they may NOT look like the canon if players wish it. They have the memory's of all the previous senshi before them.
So Sailor Cosmos Venus, has the memories of not only Sailor Venus in the Gold Millennium, but the Silver Millennium as well.
19. How do I apply?
Applying for Sailor Senshi, Knight, Citizen, Villian, or other. Read the rules Here, then post them Here on in the Stars board. The admin will post, giving an "ok" or if there need to be changes. You can look Here in the Cast and Characters thread in The Library to see if your character made it or for availability. Once accepted, your character will be moved to the Millennium board that character belongs to.
20. Why must I put this code up when I start an rp or switching days, Era's/Millenniums?
This is for people who are joining in your story and so others don't need to be informed over and over again on where everyone is at. Here is where you can find the information for the Era's if you are doing a side story..
21. You don't have boards with places? Where can I go rp? Where does this rp take place on the forum?
Here on The Planets board. We rp like a fanfiction, so anywhere you want to be, you put in your first post as you start the rp, or go to the one that is already started. Look Here for any place you want to have rp. This has the location of places and details. You can look at question 22 if you wish to go somewhere not listed.

28. What forms are the canon/otaku senshi?
Silver Millennium: Solar Senshi: First Forms but Saturn because she is not in use till the very end... Sailor Galaxia is in Super Form, it may look of any choosing.
Gold Millennium: Sailor Moon and her sailor senshi are in Eternal Form. Galaxia is in her eternal form of gold armor as seen in the manga and anime. New senshi should be in first forms UNLESS explained in their profile how long they have been a senshi and how they got their super upgrade, then they can be super level.
Crystal Millennium: Sailor Moon is no more and now Neo-Queen Serenity though she has power that can beat the other senshi, it's not enough as Eternal Sailor Moon. Tuxedo Kamen is now King Endymion. The Inner senshi are at their lowest level and the Outer senshi are in super form; all of them can turn to eternal level at will. The Amazon Quartet are at super level but have the same fuku of eternal except the sleeves. Chibi-Usa is now Sailor Moon at eternal level (as she looks in the manga not Usagi's Fuku). Most senshi should be at eternal level if they were in the Gold Millennium or Super if they are just starting.
Diamond Millennium: The few Sailor Senshi that are left (yes, few...) are at Cosmos level. Everything will be explained once we have started the season.
29. What if the canon manga isn't clear on attacks or things?
We ask that you come up with a form of description as to how it is performed. If you only have one attack, make another. You can even use anime attacks if needed or want to for canons since most of them are the same. Just be creative.
30. Where should I go for Sailor Moon information? I want to play but I have only seen a few seasons and read few of the manga!
While you are looking online, I suggest you visit ~The Oracle~ and The Sailor Senshi Page. They are both very informative on the manga and the anime, since there will be times we use both. This site also has links to help you further then that.
31. How do I make an Otaku Senshi that is original? I really want one!
For the best assistance on this, check Here at the Galaxy Cauldron and Here at Create Your Own Otaku Senshi by Sailor Astera. I have found these to be very helpful and the best out there on the net.
